There is none. Pedophilia most likely results from repressed childhood sexuality and a healthy exploration of one’s body. Children get all sorts of messages that sexuality and sexual organs are something to be ashamed of, even from the most well-intentioned parents, leave alone society. Even nudity is something to be ashamed of in human culture. Animals aren’t uncomfortable around nudity in the slightest. People freak out like crazy. It’s a miracle some people are sexually healthy at all, and not surprising that most of the population has some form of sexual dysfunction.

I am not talking about being attracted and wanting to have sex with sexuality mature (post puberty) teenage boys and girls. According to Wikipedia, girls finish puberty around 15–17, and this is average, which means some girls are sexually mature and ready for reproduction as early as 14 or 13. Same goes for boys, more or less. Being attracted to a sexually mature young male or female is not pedophilia, calling it pedophilia is social hysteria and an indication of immaturity, fear and sexual repression on the part of the person making the claim.
