No. Consciousness doesn’t manifest reality, this is a view from ignorance. Reality manifests itself, it’s just reality.

Consciousness does manifest dreaming, and all dreaming is non-reality. One of the layers of the dreaming is that in which you have consciousness. Another one is that you are “in” consciousness and it manifests your reality. Another one is that you “are” consciousness, Brahman. All of that is dreaming.
