Somewhat, yes. They are, on average, a bit more kind than men, because they are, on average, a bit more free than men. They are slightly less conditioned and suffer a little bit less as a result. But the difference is very subtle. Women are every bit as cruel and callous as men are, they just express their cruelty very differently.
