Wonderful question. Yes! Loving acceptance starts with loving acceptance of your own lack of acceptance. That’s the only way it can start and deepen. Self-compassion is key, not self-judgment for your lack of acceptance - this always backfires.

You can’t make yourself more accepting, that’s a very common spiritual trap. Only when you accept all your non-acceptance, true acceptance will naturally arise and it won’t feel like you imagine it will.
