No. Everyone is selfish, a “bad” person is outwardly selfish, a “good” person is inwardly selfish - that is, he expects that his altruism will bare fruit in the future. Neither being good nor bad has anything to do with being loving, which is not altruism, but acceptance without anticipating anything in return. And it’s selfish, too.
