There are no psychic abilities. Psychic abilities are an illusion. If you feel like you have gained psychic abilities, you might be in the process of spiritual awakening, and the worst thing you can possibly do is try and make it yours and start believing that you really can read other people’s thoughts and feel other people’s feels. It will just make you delusional, not enlightened. Many people make the same mistake, it’s sad, it can be very hard to yank them out of their delusion. They go around convinced that they don’t even need to listen to anybody before they know them. In reality, it’s just vanity and what they are experiencing is simply their own multitude of perceptions of other people - how they themselves view them, psychologically - but they can’t yet admit it to themselves.

The focus must always be on you. All of this is happening in your mind, and no one else’s. Never ask yourself why you are feeling something, never attribute your emotions, sensations and thoughts to other people. Just ask yourself what you are experiencing, and accept it all, without explanation. Don’t make up stories about a third eye. You only have two, you just need to open them.
