Well, yes and no.

“Awakened” people can identify other “awakened” people, that’s true.

“Enlightened” people can identify other “enlightened” people, that’s also true.

But enlightenment is just a stage. When you truly merge with the source, you become absolutely ordinary like everyone else. The question of identification of other “enlightened” people does not arise, the notion of “enlightenment” becomes meaningless, doubly so if you’re not teaching.
