Try not to interpret them. Yes, the mind does it anyway, but it will never make sense of it, so at the very least, don’t try to do it purposefully. The best advice is to not try to make sense. Analyze less, feel more.

Genuine insights don’t come from making sense of something. They come as obvious truths, seemingly out of nowhere, and they stay as obvious truths. Making sense is just the mind’s rumination. It is, to a large extent, unavoidable, so all you can do is witness it. It can precede an insight and it can follow it, also, but it does not, strictly speaking, lead to it. It’s much more important to open up emotionally.
