No, it’s not. You do it all the time, without noticing. Even when you think you’re not doing it, you’re doing it. For as long as you have an ego, you will be feeding other people’s egos. That’s the only way your ego can possibly exist - by feeding other egos with itself. As soon as you decide to stop feeding them, but for real, your ego will start to die and it will become very uncomfortable.
