If you need to ask this question, you cannot deliver a Shaktipat, not yet. Best to be honest about it and not to try. If you ask this question, it is not time for you yet to help others spiritually, your focus must be on yourself.

So instead of thinking about it in such terms, which is delusional for you at this point, just do what she asks of you. Hold her if she needs it, care for her in the way she wants you to, listen to her when she wants to talk, try not to judge her for anything, if she wants to be alone, leave her, but keep in mind her physical safety. In other words, just love her.
