Is the key to enlightenment losing everything?

Kinda. But I would rephrase it a little bit. The key isn’t actually losing everything but the willingness to lose everything. You actually don’t lose anything, but for as long as you are afraid of (not willing) to lose everything, you cannot realize this. It’s a paradox. Everything about enlightenment is, to some extent, paradoxical.

As Jed McKenna said, “The price of truth is everything. The price of truth is nothing.”
