Psychedelics don’t work on completely enlightened people. Even alcohol doesn’t work, other than being a nervous system depressant which could lead to some loss of coordination. So, no, there’s nothing to enjoy lol. After self-realization, for as long as they still work, it’s not enjoyment, it’s spiritual work, it’s not gonna be pleasant. I remember somewhere midway between self-realization and enlightenment I took two puffs of weed and had one of the most scary and painful 10 minutes of my life hehe, with hallucinations most people would only have on a large dose of acid.

In the dream state, all psychedelics move you towards the center, with slightly different “tastes”, so to speak, in slightly different ways. That is the only reason they are enjoyable. That’s also the reason they can be challenging. Hallucinations are just the dreaming mind, the dive into the unconscious. But they are all fundamentally the same, and they lose their differentiating flavors the deeper you go, they become more and more indistinguishable.
