There is no distinction. Spirituality is a set of methods and tools to make all of your psychology conscious, to know yourself in the ultimate sense. Psychology only seems complicated because it’s mostly hidden in the unconscious. Spirituality only seems mysterious for the same reason. Enlightenment ultimately dispels both the mystery of spirituality and the complexity of psychology. Those are different ways to refer to the same phenomenon.
