Is spirituality religion? What does it mean to be spiritual, but not religious?

Spirituality is an amorphous religion. The more prescriptive the religion is, the further away from truth it takes you. So, from this perspective, Buddhism is better than Christianity, and spirituality is better than Buddhism. But it’s still not truth. There’s no spirituality in truth, truth doesn’t need it.

Every religion offers some methods to realize truth. Prayer in Christianity, meditation in Buddhism, and spirituality offers a wide variety of methods, because it’s the most flexible of the bunch. These methods have value, everything else doesn’t.
