If we’re talking about complete enlightenment, not different stages of awakening, then absolutely not.

He may act in a way that could lead you to interpret his behavior as “being offended”, he may even act in a way which would lead you to think that he is experiencing anger, but he will not feel either of these emotions.

So, from the perspective of the observer - sure!

From his own perspective - no, it becomes impossible to feel offended or angry. It pretty much takes a direct threat of bodily harm to start feeling anger, just like in the animal kingdom, and even then it doesn’t really feel like what I used to call “anger” before - just a bodily response to protect itself, adrenaline rush. Anger is mostly a social phenomenon.
